Term 4 Book Challenge!

You need to record the title etc. of each text you read in your book log and add to the tally chart above. Before you start any reading, you need to upload to your blog a brief video of you talking about your attitude towards reading and the goal you are setting yourself for this term’s challenge. Talk about how you will achieve this goal. Add the link to this video to a new blog post titled Term 4 Reading Challenge. During the challenge you must complete the five assessment tasks below. You must use a different text for each task Upload a video of you reviewing one of the novels you have read. Please watch this example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZeLXwepuw0M After reading your graphic novel, write a summary no longer than 500 words and post on your blog. Create a comic strip for one chapter in a novel you have read. You may use the toondoo, or powtoon to complete this task if you wish. After reading a book about history or historical fiction, make an illustrated timeline showing events of the story and draw a map showing the location(s) where the story took place. Make a video of you reading a sophisticated picture book. After you have completed the challenge, upload a video reflection of you talking about how you went with the challenge and your current attitude towards reading.
